Seasonal 2/3/2. 3 month minimum starting Jan 1, 2025. Near Manatees, Three Sisters, Crackers, Kings Bay, Homosassa, Pete's Pier, Shops at Black Diamond, Ocala. Publix, liquor store, Subs, Pizza, Mexican, all within walking distance. (2 blocks out to main drag.) Monkey bar, Mcraes, Crumps and the Freezer only 15 minutes. Boat/trailer parking. Washer/Dryer, Pool Table in garage. Pool table can be moved to be able to park car inside garage. Back yard and screen porch are not complete in pictures but should be done by Jan 1. 1 hour to Tampa. 1.5 to Disney/Orlando. Pets allowed at owners Discretion. Water, Internet, Roku TV's and Electric ($150 per month) are included in the rent.
