It is the outdoors and exploring Nature that most people choose this area which also happens to be less than a one hour drive (with almost no traffic lights) to the Best Airport in the Country. There is Public Water to the site. Please see picture of water pipe locators and fire hydrants. Neighborhood has very wide well maintained paved streets with gutters and storm water inlets. Lot is more expensive than some because utilities are in place here that many other lots will likely NEVER have. Dock is allowed, but it is my understanding that a dock permit will not be issued until a home is built. Buyer will be given time to confirm the prior statement and so you can insure the lot is PERFECT for your new home.
